String stuck in chicken’s throat:
Chickens are curious animals, they explore and may wind up eating things that they shouldn’t be eating, like string.

Get it out using tweezers:
If your bird ate some string, and the string is stuck in your bird’s throat, then you may need to pull the string out using tweezers.
To do this simply open the bird’s mouth and grab the string with your tweezer.
Try not to scrape the chicken’s throat as you do this as this can injure the bird.
Warning:
If your bird ate some string, the string may cause crop impaction in your bird.
Crop impaction is when there is a blockage, caused by grass, stones, or other foreign objects, like string, in the bird’s crop.
Food won’t be able to pass down into the bird’s stomach because of the blockage. This can lead to starvation and is very dangerous.
If the string has already made its way into the bird’s crop then you can feed the bird olive oil, and massage the crop, to help get the string down.
If the bird does not pass the string then you may need to send the bird to the vet to get the string out.
The bird may need surgery to get the string out.
